Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca: Kadraj hesap açmanı istemez, seni takip etmez, reklam göstermez ve
hiçbir veriyi satmaz. Ürettiğin promptların geçmişi yalnızca telefonunda
durur.
1. Kimiz
Kadraj (“uygulama”), bu politikada “biz” olarak anılan geliştirici
tarafından yayımlanan bir iOS uygulamasıdır. İletişim:

2. Hesap yok
Kadraj'ı kullanmak için kayıt olman, e-posta vermen veya giriş yapman
gerekmez. Adını, e-posta adresini, telefon numaranı veya doğum tarihini
hiçbir zaman istemiyoruz.
3. Cihazında kalan veriler
Aşağıdakiler yalnızca telefonunun kendi depolama alanında tutulur. Bize
veya başka kimseye gönderilmez:
- Ürettiğin promptların geçmişi (fikrin, prompt, JSON çıktısı, favoriler)
- Dil ve görünüm tercihlerin
- Tanıtım ekranını görüp görmediğin
- Ücretsiz katmanda o gün kaç üretim yaptığını sayan sayaç
Uygulamayı telefonundan sildiğinde bu verilerin tamamı silinir. Uygulama
içindeki Geçmiş → Geçmişi temizle ile de dilediğin zaman
silebilirsin.
4. Uygulamadan dışarı çıkan veriler
Kadraj'ın kendi sunucusu yoktur. Uygulama yalnızca aşağıdaki üç hizmete
doğrudan bağlanır:

Ödemeyi Apple işler. Kredi kartı bilgilerini hiçbir zaman
görmeyiz; bu bilgiler bize hiç ulaşmaz.
Fikir metnin hakkında bilmen gereken
Yazdığın fikir promptu üretebilmek için Google'a gönderilir. Bu yüzden
fikir alanına kişisel bilgi, şifre, müşteri verisi veya gizli
tutman gereken bir şey yazma. Google'ın bu veriyi nasıl

5. Toplamadıklarımız
Kadraj'da şunlar yok:
- Reklam ağı, reklam kimliği (IDFA) veya izleme pikseli
- Analytics, kullanım istatistiği veya çökme raporu servisi
- Konum, rehber, fotoğraf, mikrofon veya kamera erişimi
- Üçüncü taraflara veri satışı veya pazarlama amaçlı paylaşım
Apple'ın App Tracking Transparency anlamında seni izlemiyoruz, bu
yüzden uygulama sana izleme izni sormaz.
6. Saklama süresi
Cihazındaki veriler sen silene kadar durur. RevenueCat'teki abonelik
kaydın, aboneliğin ve yasal yükümlülüklerimiz gerektirdiği sürece saklanır.
Google'a giden istekler Google'ın kendi saklama politikalarına tabidir.
7. Çocuklar
Kadraj 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan
veri toplamayız.
8. Haklarının ne anlama geldiği
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine
itiraz etme hakkın var. Kadraj'da bu haklar çoğunlukla doğrudan senin
elinde: verilerin cihazında olduğu için silme işlemini kendin, anında
yapabilirsin.
Aboneliğinle ilgili kayıtların silinmesini istersen
info@leiyla.com adresine yaz;
30 gün içinde dönüş yaparız. Bu durumda aboneliğini geri yükleme imkânını
da kaybedeceğini unutma.
9. Bu politika değişirse
Politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli bir
değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde de bildiririz.

Privacy Policy

In short: Kadraj asks for no account, does not track you, shows no ads, and
sells no data. Your prompt history stays on your phone.
1. Who we are
Kadraj (the “app”) is an iOS application published by the developer referred
to as “we” in this policy. Contact:
info@leiyla.com.
2. No account
Using Kadraj requires no sign-up, no email address and no login. We never
ask for your name, email, phone number or date of birth.
3. What stays on your device
The following is held only in your phone's own storage. It is never sent to
us or to anyone else:
- Your prompt history (your idea, the prompt, the JSON output, favourites)
- Your language and appearance preferences
- Whether you have seen the intro screens
- The counter tracking how many free generations you used today
Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also clear it any time from
History → Clear history inside the app.
4. What leaves the app
Kadraj has no server of its own. The app connects directly to exactly three
services:

Payment is handled by Apple. We never see your card
details; they never reach us at all.
What you should know about your idea text
The idea you write is sent to Google in order to generate a prompt. For
that reason, do not put personal information, passwords, customer
data or anything confidential in the idea field. Google's
handling of this data is described in the
Firebase privacy documentation.
5. What we do not collect
Kadraj contains none of the following:
- Ad networks, advertising identifiers (IDFA) or tracking pixels
- Analytics, usage telemetry or crash reporting services
- Access to location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera
- Sale of data to third parties, or sharing for marketing purposes
We do not track you in the sense of Apple's App Tracking Transparency, which
is why the app never asks you for tracking permission.
6. Retention
Data on your device stays until you delete it. Your subscription record at
RevenueCat is kept for as long as the subscription and our legal
obligations require. Requests sent to Google are subject to Google's own
retention policies.
7. Children
Kadraj is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
data from them.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you have the right to access, correct, erase
and object to the processing of your data. With Kadraj those rights are
mostly in your own hands: because the data sits on your device, you can
delete it yourself, instantly.
If you want your subscription records erased, write to
info@leiyla.com and we will respond
within 30 days. Note that doing so also removes your ability to restore the
subscription.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will change the date on this page. For material
changes we will also notify you inside the app.
