Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Kadraj uygulamasını kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirip kullanarak bunları kabul etmiş olursun.

1. Hizmetin ne olduğu

Kadraj, yazdığın kısa fikri seçtiğin yapay zekâ aracına uygun bir metin promptuna dönüştürür. Kadraj görsel, video veya ses üretmez; ürettiği tek şey metindir. Bu metni hangi araca yapıştıracağın sana kalmıştır.

2. Abonelik ve ödeme

  • Ücretsiz katman: günde 3 prompt üretimi.
  • Kadraj Pro: sınırsız üretim, aylık 200 TL.
  • Süre: 1 ay, otomatik yenilenir.

Ödeme, satın alma onayı verildiğinde Apple Kimliği hesabına yansıtılır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadığı sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabından tahsil edilir.

Aboneliğini istediğin zaman yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin: iPhone Ayarları → Apple Kimliğin → Abonelikler. İptal, içinde bulunduğun dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; kalan süreyi kullanmaya devam edersin.

Fiyat, bulunduğun ülkenin App Store mağazasına göre değişebilir ve vergiler dahil olabilir. Fiyatı değiştirirsek yürürlüğe girmeden önce bildiririz.

3. İade

Satın alma işlemi Apple üzerinden gerçekleştiği için iadeleri de Apple yönetir. İade talebini reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden iletebilirsin. Bizim doğrudan iade yapma yetkimiz yoktur.

4. Kullanım kuralları

Kadraj'ı şunlar için kullanamazsın:

  • Yasa dışı içerik veya bir suçu kolaylaştıracak materyal üretmek
  • Gerçek bir kişiyi rızası olmadan taklit eden, karalayan veya cinselleştiren içerik üretmek
  • Reşit olmayanları içeren cinsel içerik üretmek
  • Başkalarının telif veya marka haklarını ihlal etmek
  • Nefret söylemi, taciz veya şiddet çağrısı içeren içerik üretmek
  • Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek, otomatik araçlarla sömürmek veya servisi aşırı yüklemek

Ürettiğin promptu yapıştırdığın aracın (Midjourney, OpenAI, Google vb.) kendi kullanım koşulları da senin için bağlayıcıdır. O araçların ne üreteceğinden veya ürettiği içerikten biz sorumlu değiliz.

Bu kuralları ihlal ettiğini tespit edersek erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

5. Ürettiğin içerik kime ait

Kadraj'ın senin için ürettiği prompt metni üzerinde hak iddia etmiyoruz. Ticari işler dahil dilediğin gibi kullanabilirsin.

Bu promptu başka bir araca verdiğinde ortaya çıkan görsel veya videonun mülkiyeti, o aracın kendi koşullarına tabidir. Ayrıca bir promptun benzersiz olduğunu veya sonucun telif korumasına gireceğini garanti edemeyiz.

6. Üçüncü taraf markalar

Sora, Veo, Runway, Kling, Dream Machine, Hailuo, Pika, Seedance, Midjourney, FLUX, Nano Banana, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Ideogram, Leonardo ve Recraft ilgili sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır. Kadraj bu şirketlerle bağlantılı değildir, onlar tarafından desteklenmemekte veya onaylanmamaktadır. Bu isimler yalnızca hangi araçla uyumlu prompt üretildiğini belirtmek için kullanılmıştır.

7. Garanti verilmemesi

Kadraj “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Üretilen promptun senin beklediğin sonucu vereceğini, hedef aracın o promptu kabul edeceğini veya hizmetin kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Yapay zekâ modelleri hata yapabilir; çıktıyı kullanmadan önce kontrol etmek sana aittir.

Kadraj, çalışabilmek için Google'ın yapay zekâ servislerine bağlıdır. Bu servislerdeki kesinti, değişiklik veya sonlandırma uygulamayı etkileyebilir.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan, kâr kaybından veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Her hâlükârda toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ay içinde Kadraj için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.

Tüketici olarak sahip olduğun ve sözleşmeyle sınırlandırılamayan yasal haklar bu maddeden etkilenmez.

9. Fesih

İstediğin zaman uygulamayı silerek kullanmayı bırakabilirsin. Bu koşulları ihlal etmen hâlinde erişimini sonlandırabiliriz. Fesih, o ana kadar doğmuş ödeme yükümlülüklerini ortadan kaldırmaz.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yer alır ve tarihi başta gösterilir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici mevzuatının sana tanıdığı, kendi ülkendeki mahkemelere başvurma hakkı saklıdır.

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Kadraj app. By downloading and using it, you accept them.

1. What the service is

Kadraj turns the short idea you write into a text prompt shaped for the AI tool you selected. Kadraj does not generate images, video or audio; the only thing it produces is text. Where you paste that text is up to you.

2. Subscription and payment

  • Free tier: 3 prompt generations per day.
  • Kadraj Pro: unlimited generations, 200 TRY per month.
  • Length: 1 month, auto-renewing.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.

Pricing may vary by App Store storefront and may include tax. If we change the price we will tell you before it takes effect.

3. Refunds

Because purchases go through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Kadraj to:

  • Produce unlawful content or material that facilitates a crime
  • Impersonate, defame or sexualise a real person without their consent
  • Produce sexual content involving minors
  • Infringe anyone's copyright or trademark rights
  • Produce hate speech, harassment or incitement to violence
  • Reverse-engineer the app, exploit it with automated tooling, or overload the service

The terms of the tool you paste the prompt into (Midjourney, OpenAI, Google and others) also bind you. We are not responsible for what those tools generate or for the content they produce.

If we find you are breaking these rules we may suspend or terminate your access.

5. Who owns what you generate

We claim no ownership of the prompt text Kadraj produces for you. Use it as you wish, including commercially.

Ownership of the image or video that results from feeding that prompt into another tool is governed by that tool's own terms. We also cannot guarantee that a prompt is unique or that its output is protectable by copyright.

6. Third-party trademarks

Sora, Veo, Runway, Kling, Dream Machine, Hailuo, Pika, Seedance, Midjourney, FLUX, Nano Banana, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Ideogram, Leonardo and Recraft are trademarks of their respective owners. Kadraj is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by those companies. Their names are used only to indicate which tool a prompt is written for.

7. No warranty

Kadraj is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a generated prompt will produce the result you expect, that the target tool will accept it, or that the service will run without interruption. AI models make mistakes; reviewing the output before using it is your responsibility.

Kadraj depends on Google's AI services to function. Interruption, change or discontinuation of those services may affect the app.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Kadraj in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract are unaffected by this section.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may terminate your access if you breach these terms. Termination does not cancel payment obligations already incurred.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its date shown at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country is unaffected.
